Responsibilities
• Support HR Business Partners in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Provide HR support and guidance to employees on HR-related inquiries.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR internship or entry-level HR experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
