About this position
The General Affair Admin position at SuperApp in Surabaya involves providing administrative support and managing general affairs to contribute to the company's mission of addressing economic inequality in Indonesia.
Responsibilities
• Administrative support to include, but not limited to processing invoices, outside vendor registrations, scheduling, project support, event organization support, and etc
• Liaise with internal employees and external parties regarding general affairs and administrative support functions
• Responsible for handling general affairs and office management
• Record keeping of office assets (e.g. workstation labels, desktops/laptops labels etc.)
Requirements
• Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent organization skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
