The E-commerce Admin position at SuperApp involves managing product listings, assisting in order fulfillment, and providing customer support within a hybrid work environment in Alam Sutera.
Responsibilities
• Manage and update product listings on the e-commerce platform.
• Assist in order fulfillment, shipping coordination, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotions and campaigns.
• Provide customer support and address inquiries related to online orders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
