The Customer Engagement Officer at SuperApp is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty through various strategies and collaboration with marketing teams, while also analyzing consumer trends to improve business operations.

• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across various channels.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service or consumer engagement roles.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
