About this position

The Building Management Specialist position at SuperApp in Surabaya involves overseeing daily building operations and ensuring all systems function properly while contributing to the company's vision of solving economic inequality in Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily building operations, ensuring all systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) are functioning properly
• Monitor building conditions and make recommendations for improvements as necessary
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance and repair work, ensuring it is completed in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate with contractors and service providers for specialized maintenance tasks
• Maintain accurate records of building maintenance, inspections, and incidents

Requirements

• ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in building management area
• Strong knowledge in building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and maintenance procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
