About this position

The Associate Procurement & Asset Management Manager will be responsible for managing procurement processes and organizational assets, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness in operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement & asset management strategies
• Oversee the tracking and management of organizational assets (including asset maintenance), ensuring accurate records are maintained
• Prepare comprehensive reports for business users, detailing procurement activities, asset status, and savings achieved
• Create long-term plans for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years experience in both procurement and asset management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards related to asset management
