Responsibilities
• Strategize and manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (TikTok, Shopee, etc)
• Determine optimal times for live events, oversee rules and restrictions, and develop strategies to boost traffic.
• Work closely with the team to create contents that enhances merchant performance and improves the customer journey.
• Evaluate and analyze product performance and optimize sales through strategic pricing and positioning.
• Achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution.
• Conduct pricing comparisons to ensure competitive margins and drive sustainable growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales marketing or ecommerce management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
