The Customer Success Officer at SuperApp is responsible for building strong customer relationships, onboarding new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction while addressing inquiries and gathering feedback to improve services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Onboard new customers and provide training on product usage.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to improve products/services.
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or account management role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach.
