About this position

SUPCON is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team and drive business growth in the Surabaya and East Indonesia Region.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SUPCON's products and solutions to clients in the process industries (e.g., oil and gas, petrochemicals, chemicals, power generation)
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Surabaya, East Indonesia,
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Provide technical support and consultation to customers
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate and close sales deals
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the process automation industry
• Strong understanding of process control systems and industrial automation technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel extensively within East Indonesia
