IT Project Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Plan and execute software development projects using agile methodologies.
• Manage project timelines, budget, resources, and risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, testing, UX/UI, and product management teams, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
• Facilitate project meetings and communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively manage project changes.
• Work closely with the development team to understand technical requirements and ensure adherence to software development best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and ensure that vendors meet project expectations.
• Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and meets the quality standards.
• Collaborate with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and improve security posture of applications and infrastructure by implementing security best practices and staying up-to-date with latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Provide guidance and support to other teams on DevOps practices and tools.
• Work on integration efforts with enterprise systems and applications.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation & documentation skills to foster clarity and predictability.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role.
• Proven experience in managing software development projects using AWS, React, PHP Laravel, and Node.js.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams and working with developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage project risks and changes.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Freshservice, Bitrix, Trello, or Asana.
• AWS, React, PHP, or Node.js certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must display strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Highly proficient in the English language.
