Ecommerce Manager
About this position
The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for overseeing the optimization and performance of the online platform, implementing CRM systems, data analytics, and CRO optimization, and leveraging Shopify expertise to drive success.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies for website optimization to enhance user experience, conversion rates, and overall performance.
• Implement and manage CRM systems to effectively capture and leverage customer data for targeted marketing and personalized experiences.
• Utilize data analytics tools to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to improve business performance.
• Conduct continuous CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) efforts, including A/B testing, to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Leverage Shopify and other relevant platforms to enhance the functionality and efficiency of our online store.
• Generate and execute creative campaigns on a daily basis to captivate and delight customers, ensuring a consistent wow factor.
• Create detailed and effective creative briefs for marketing and design teams to execute campaigns accurately.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative and productive work environment.
• Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit by thinking innovatively and taking ownership of projects and outcomes.
• Execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring they are compelling, personalized, and optimized for engagement.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Certifications or coursework in ecommerce, digital marketing, or related areas.
• Previous success in driving significant growth in ecommerce sales and customer engagement.
• Proven experience in ecommerce management, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in website optimization, CRM tools, data analytics, and CRO methodologies.
• Proficiency in Shopify and other relevant ecommerce platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively and generate innovative campaign ideas consistently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
• A self-starter with a proactive attitude, constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, startup-like environment with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and a commitment to leveraging data for decision-making.
• Prior experience in email marketing and crafting engaging, high-conversion campaigns.
