E-commerce Associate/Analyst

GQ Apparel Thailand, a leader in 'Workwear That Works', is seeking a Ecommerce Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about pioneering new apparel products that blend innovative technology with functional style.
Responsibilities
• Assist in managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service across all online channels, including the ecommerce website, online marketplaces, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada, including keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and data analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts on online marketplaces, including negotiation of terms, product listings, and customer service.
• Support the operations team in inventory management, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the fashion industry.
• Help create and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Optimize website conversion rate through continuous testing and analysis of user behavior, design, and content (CRO improvement).
• Analyze website data using tools such as Google Analytics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and assist in various projects as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated passion for the fashion industry and ecommerce.
• Experience with managing and optimizing product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer service across various online channels.
• Experience with performance marketing and online marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada.
• Experience with website optimization, CRO improvement, and data analysis.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and other analytical tools.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
