E-commerce Associate/Analyst
About this position
The mission of the E-Commerce Assistant Manager is to drive online revenue initiatives and continue our path as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative D2C tech apparel brands in Thailand.
Responsibilities
• GROWTH: Drive exponential sales across all e-commerce platforms (Branded websites, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon.com, etc.)
• WOW Marketing: Develop a disruptive and profitable e-commerce strategy to achieve the highest revenues and maximize profits. Do what others won't do!
• CRO: Optimize the entire customer journey every day, including daily website on-site management.
• INNOVATION & IDEAS: Develop the next innovation for GQ (Supara)- manage product development initiatives with end-to-end process responsibilities.
• EMAIL: Optimize Email strategies including audience segmentation, deliverability, content, and design approaches in Klaviyo.
• TEST: Test, Test, and experiment constantly with a gut instinct to scaling brand and spend accordingly
• NEW CHANNELS: Manage new growth initiatives (channels and products) online. They keep changing each quarter -- be ready to adapt and move 1st.
• TEAMWORK: Work with cross-functional teams including design, product, marketing, operation, supply chain & logistic, customer services, and account management
Requirements
• Minimum required for Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, sales & marketing, category management, project management, or started your own company (even if it failed)
• Software Knowledge: Google Analytics, Shopify, and Klaviyo
• Passion for technology and ability to learn new software platforms quickly
• Creativity for new marketing ideas for campaign management
