Area Sales Manager
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage all daily operations of assigned stores including monitored each store's KPIs, Sales target, P&L, and merchandising
• Develop and implement sales processes for sales teams and PCs
• Manage, train, and coach all PCs to ensure that their product knowledge is accurate and up-to-date, and standardized excellent customer services are provided.
• Ensure that Visual Merchandising Display is in line with the provided guidelines.
• Ensure well-process, transparent tracking and accuracy of stocks and inventory in stores.
• Identify customers’ behaviors and trends in the different stores and locations in order to drive sales based on different personas.
• Liaise with local Shopping Mall partners in regards to ongoing & upcoming promotional programs & takes initiative to propose tactical programs in collaborative effort.
• Provide daily, weekly, monthly reports as requested
• Prepare store visit plan and ensure regular frequency of visits and reports after all visiting
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior and Management
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Experience in sales operations in fashion retail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and business-presentation skills
• Pleasant and mature personality.
• Good command of English is a plus.
• Solid ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high sense of responsibility and strong organizational skills, ability to recognize and react to changing work demands is required.
