In the early stages, the company operated mainly on building housing estate projects with residential single detached houses and townhouses. In later years, the company has expanded its business to development of condominiums, office buildings, resorts, and hotels for commercial purposes, which then became the heart of the company’s missions, including: Develop all forms of land including housing estates and condominiums for residential purpose, office buildings, and all-in-one shopping centers, etc. The company also deals in trades with both land and real estate properties, as well as offering rental and/or leasing services for real estate, while always upholding the goal in developing society both directly and indirectly

About this position

Responsibilities

• ดำเนินการออกแบบงานภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม พัฒนาแบบ แบบรายละเอียดและจัดทำแบบเพื่อทำการก่อสร้าง แบบขออนุญาต
• ประสานงานโครงการด้านภูมิสถาปัตย์กับฝ่ายต่างๆภายในองค์กรและนอกองค์กร
• กำหนดรูปแบบองค์ประกอบทางภูมิสถาปัตยกรรมเพื่อใช้เป็นมาตรฐาน (ไฟฟ้า, วัสดุตกแต่ง ฯลฯ)
• ประสานงานก่อสร้างโครงการ เพื่อให้เกิดความถูกต้องและเป็นไปตามวัตถุประสงค์ของการออกแบบ
• สนับสนุนและให้คำแนะนำแก่โครงการในด้านวิชาการเกษตร การบำรุงรักษางานภูมิสถาปัตย์ และงานจัดสวนของโครงการภายหลังการก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ โดยประสานงานกับโฟร์แมนเกษตร ฝ่ายบริหารชุมชนโครงการ
• ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์งานออกแบบภูมิสถาปัตย์ 3 ปีขึ้นไป
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Auto CAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Power Land ได้
• มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับงานภูมิสถาปัตย์ และข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาที่ดิน
• หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
