About this position

ตำแหน่งนี้ต้องการผู้ที่มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาจีนและมีประสบการณ์ในงานบริการลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการนำเข้า-ส่งออกทางทะเล โดยจะทำงานที่นิคมพัฒนา, ระยอง.

Responsibilities

• บันทึกข้อมูลใบขนสินค้า และข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบพิธีศุลกากรอิเล็กทรอนิกส์แบบไร้เอกสาร (Customer Paperless System)
• ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้าเพื่อให้บริการเกี่ยวกับระบบพิธีศุลกากรนำเข้า และส่งออกสินค้าทางทะเล
• ติดต่อประสานงานกับทางบริษัทลูกค้า เพื่อซัพพอร์ตงานเอกสารนำเข้าตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ประสานงานกับแผนกต่างๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกบริษัทฯ
• งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

Requirements

• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ทางด้านงานบริการลูกค้า ด้านนำเข้า-ส่งออก ทางด้านพิธีการศุลกากร
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม Microsoft 365 ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
• หากมีประสบการณ์การซัพพอร์ตงานด้าน Automotive จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• ยินดีรับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
