In November 2017,Suntory Beverage & Food Limited (SBF), a global soft drink company, and PepsiCo Inc., one of the world's largest food and beverage companies, entered into an agreement to form a beverage joint venture in Thailand.,The official announcement of its beverage joint venture took place on March 5, 2018 and has marked a new chapter for Pepsi-Cola brand in Thailand and will create more excitement for Thailand’s liquid refreshment beverage (LRB) industry. The alliance is intended to combine the strengths of both global powerhouses, with an ultimate goal of achieving the No.1 leadership position in Thailand’s 50-billion valued carbonated soft drinks(CSDs) category and creating new growth opportunities by expanding its beverage portfolio to meet consumer demands, ranging from hydration to sports drinks, ready-to-drink teas and coffees, bottled water, and juices to a variety of innovations in the future. SPBT has registered capital of THB 19.68 billion. Since March 5, 2018, the company has served as the operator and distributor of PepsiCo beverage brands, namely Pepsi-Cola, Mirinda, 7UP soft drinks, ready-to-drink Lipton teas, Gatorade sports drink, and Aquafina hydration drinks. In the coming future, it will also develop and introduce beverage innovations and new offerings from Suntory to Thai consumers. In terms of production, SPBT operates two manufacturing facilities; one is the 96-rai Rayong plant located in Amata City Industrial Estate of Rayong Province, and the other is the 104-rai Saraburi plant at Nong Khae Industrial Estate in Saraburi Province. The company will continue to distribute beverage products through a global logistics firm - DHL - as its logistics and warehousing partner for Thailand. It also works with 24 local distribution partners to gain access to more than 470,000 retailers-wholesalers, and grocery stores nationwide

About this position

The Direct Storage Supervisor at the Rayong plant is responsible for overseeing daily activities in the storage warehouse, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and maintaining the flow of materials and services to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily activity in storage warehouse follow SPBT Policy, Procedure, WI.
• Ensures long term availability and reliable sources of quality materials and services.
• Ensures the uninterrupted flow of materials and services to support operations and service groups as our customers.
• Provides timely reports to Management and accurate feedbacks on inventory accuracy. (Stock card control, weekly cycle count and Physical Month end)
• Manage manpower on daily operation under business requirement/FS/EHS.
• Providing communication at internal customers.
• Updates and revises Procedures and Work instructions manual in relation to present procedures and work flow.
• Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Foods Safety, EHS and Plant requirements.
• Performs or attends to other job-related matters that maybe assigned by the superior or Materials & FG WH Manager.
• Follow QFS Procedure and monitoring process to ensure that Product without Quality Food Safety Issue.
• Participates in all activities in achieving goals and quality programs regarding Quality Foods Safety, Environment Health & Safety standards, ISO and Plant requirements.
• Executives analyze the context of the company strategic direction and HSE assessment of the organization will be encouraging continuous improvement of HSE management. Performs the duties of administration and training in accordance with the Legal / other requirements and SPBT procedure on HSE. HSE risk and opportunity evaluation, responsible with Safety officer in law. (Supervisor level)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher of any related field with strong English communication.
• At least 3 years’ experience in managerial level.
• Experience in a management role and knowledge of physical warehouse process.
• Knowledge and experience in working field of implementing tools or systems for managing projects and knowledge in general engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate others.
• Good command of computer skills. (Microsoft office, SAP, WMS etc.)
