Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive
About this position
The Customer Service Executive / Senior Customer Service Executive is responsible for engaging with customers, handling complaints, and building sustainable relationships while collaborating with various departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Responsibilities
• Engages in direct communication with customers as required.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Works closely with Business Development on customers as required.
• Works closely with other departments on the customer order and production planning clarification as required.
• Work closely with project managers / principal engineer to gather/prepare all documentation relevant to a particular project.
• Work with Document Control to ensure documentation is issued as required.
• Create Bills of Material per customer requirements.
• Assist Engineering by performing and documenting information as needed.
• Update regular in SAP for customers’ forecast and Purchase Order to ensure sufficient material and component are purchased on time.
• Any other duties as and when assigned.
Requirements
• Knowledge of injection molding Manufacturing.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Problem-solving skills and systematic thinking skills.
• Ability in time Management/Multi-tasking.
• Able to multi task.
• Computer literate with respect to Microsoft and application software.
• Self-motivated, can manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products and SAP.
• Good communications skills and team player.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, including prior experience with data entry, technical documentation, and administrative processes.
