Feasibility Manager (Joint Venture / Business Development)

The Feasibility Manager (Joint Venture / Business Development) is responsible for conducting feasibility analyses, representing the company in joint venture meetings, negotiating contracts, managing risks, coordinating with teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
• Conduct Feasibility Analysis
- Perform feasibility studies for new projects by analyzing financial, market, technical, and legal factors.
- Prepare and present feasibility reports to management and stakeholders.
• Representative in Joint Venture Meetings
- Provide recommendations on operational plans and company objectives during meetings to align with the joint venture’s goals.
- Maintain strong relationships to foster sustainable cooperation and long-term success.
- Monitor and evaluate the business performance of the joint venture and provide continuous updates to management.
• Contract Negotiation and Agreement Management
- Lead contract negotiations, joint venture agreements (JVA), and other business-related documents, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Collaborate with legal, financial, and management teams to draft, review, and finalize joint venture agreements.
• Risk Management and Problem Solving
- Identify and assess risks related to joint venture projects and develop mitigation strategies to manage potential risks.
• Coordinate with Teams and Other Departments
- Work with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for feasibility studies.
- Liaise with external experts or consultants to enhance feasibility analysis.
• Project and Time Management
- Plan and manage feasibility study projects, set timelines, and track progress to ensure adherence to schedules.
- Ensure feasibility studies are completed within the designated timeframe.
• Communicate and Present Findings
- Present feasibility study results to management and stakeholders, providing clear data and analysis.
- Assist in developing operational strategies based on feasibility study outcomes.
• Monitor and Evaluate Project Progress
- Track the progress of all joint venture activities to ensure alignment with goals and timelines.
- Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders on the status of the joint venture, including financial performance and project outcomes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in feasibility analysis, business planning, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or related programs.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
