Responsibilities
• Develop and implement business strategies to increase sales and expand the market.
• Plan and execute new business development projects to generate additional revenue for the company.
• Coordinate and build relationships with clients and business partners.
• Analyze the market and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
• Manage the business development team to achieve set goals and objectives.
• Prepare and present business development reports to executives to support decision-making.
• Oversee negotiations on business terms and contracts to achieve the best outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate the outcomes of business development plans to refine strategies.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of experience in feasibility analysis, business planning, or project management.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in market research.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Microsoft Excel, SPSS, or related programs.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities.
