The Engineer Primary Mixing position involves planning and controlling processes to achieve targets and KPIs, managing manpower, and addressing safety, quality, and productivity issues.
Responsibilities
• Planing and control Process for achievement target and KPI.
• Control working hour manpower.
• Follow up and analysis problem about Safety, Quality and Productivity and solving
• Decumentation and implementation management system (IATF 16949/ISO 14001/ISO 45001)
• Follow other company's activity.
• Other assisnment by manager.
Requirements
• Bachlor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience 0 - 2 years.
• Able to communication in English for speaking and writing.
• Good communication skills, team work spirit, proactive and responsible.
