Treasury Dealer (Banking)
About this position
The Treasury Dealer is responsible for managing the bank's liquidity, bond portfolio, and profit maximization while ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering interdepartmental collaboration.
Responsibilities
• Liquidity Management: Oversee the bank's liquidity and hedge interest rate risks.
• Bond Portfolio Management: Handle the bank's bond portfolio to ensure optimal performance.
• Profit Maximization: Drive the bank's profit through effective Asset/Liability Management.
• Transaction Execution: Conduct transactions with other banks and ensure accurate input in the Treasury system.
• Regulatory Compliance: Prepare necessary reports and adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with other departments.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Treasury ALM/Bond management is preferred.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Global Market Products and relevant local and international regulations.
• Licenses: Treasury dealer license is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, teamwork, analytical thinking, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Language and Tech: Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
