About this position
Responsibilities
• Managing of regulatory reporting related project with relevant departments, including the governance of regulatory reporting framework.
• Managing of process improvement related project with relevant department to improve operation efficiencies.
• Take responsible as the 2nd line of defense to design necessary controls over operating processes, including the independent checking process.
• Prepare necessary information and regular reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and Banking, Economics or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience in Project Management, Business Process Improvement, Operational Risk or Compliance in Banking field.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
