The Loan Operations Specialist is responsible for handling loan transactions, ensuring compliance with bank policies, supervising staff, and assisting in the efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities
• To be responsible for handling loan transactions as a checker/approval level.
• To ensure transaction are executed through approved operating methods and procedures in accordance with Bank policy and regulators.
• To supervise, educate and evaluate subordinate.
• To control overall report that related to Loan transaction.
• To assist with manager for smooth operation and efficient control of the Department.
• To perform others assignment as/when needed by Department Manager.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in Loan or Banking operations fields.
• Good command of both spoken and written English.
• Computer literate in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
