The Global Markets Solution Sales (FX Dealer) position focuses on managing and expanding client relationships, promoting treasury products, and collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional service and innovative solutions in the FX and derivatives markets.
Responsibilities
• Grow Client Relationships : Manage and expand current client portfolios, ensuring top-notch service and value.
• Spot New Opportunities : Collaborate with trading, relationship management, and product partners to deliver the best solutions for clients.
• Maintain Market Awareness : Keep up with the latest trends, economic indicators, and regulatory updates that shape the derivatives and FX markets.
• Be a Trusted Partner : Provide insight and updates to clients, establishing our reputation as a trusted advisor in global markets.
• Promote Diverse Solutions : Lead the marketing of treasury products like Foreign Exchange, FX Options, and Rate Derivatives to both existing and potential clients.
• Network and Connect : Expand your business network and connect with potential clients to drive growth.
• Support Daily Operations : Back up corporate sales and global markets teams, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Collaborate Regionally : Work closely with regional teams to align strategies and ensure consistent services and products offering across markets as part of Asia Pacific team.
• Contribute to Innovation : Share professional input and assist in developing new products and processes to meet evolving market demands.
Requirements
• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Business, Engineering or related fields.
• Communication Skills : Strong in negotiation, relationship management, and fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Market Knowledge : Deep understanding of derivatives and financial markets with the ability to simplify complex products for clients.
• Team Player : Passionate, committed and a collaborative team player with the drive to excel.
• Self-Discipline : Able to handle pressure and deliver quality work with a professional attitude.
• Regulatory License : Necessary licenses as per Bank of Thailand regulations.
• Experience : 1-3 years in sales, ideally within the derivatives or broader financial.
