About this position

The Corporate Banking Support Officer is responsible for coordinating daily operations, promoting banking products, supporting product partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction while facilitating smooth workflows and handling operational support.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with related parities e.g. Operations, Customers and Marketing, to ensure that daily operations are processed effectively and efficiently.
• Market and promote via telephone of various banking products to customer such as short-term loan, call loan, special saving deposit, fixed deposit (including interest rate quotation for loan and fixed deposit), bills of exchange and Treasury bond. Cross sales other bank product such as Cash management service products and joint call customer with Marketing when required.
• Support product partners in Treasury, Loan Deposit, Cash Management services, etc, for business opportunities where appropriate. Provide market feedback and update market news and competition where appropriate.
• Monitor the level of utilization of credit facilities and encourage customer to use it in full where appropriate. Deal with the customer daily transaction with the aim to provide them with the highest satisfaction of our banking services.
• Facilitate workflow of Relationship manager for smooth operation and resolve problem arising between customers and other department in their daily operation.
• Handle daily operation support and provide assistance to Relationship manager.
• Inform direct supervisor immediately of any incidents and irregularities discovered in the course of daily work which may cause the bank to incur unnecessary or unforeseen losses.
• Support and perform any other related duties assigned by superior officer.
• Conduct regularly report related to business control within a timely manner.

Requirements

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Economics or other related field.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experiences in relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Client services, Credit/loan administration.
• Well organize, presentable, problem solver and ability to work as part of a team.
• Good command of English and computer literacy.
• Strong interpersonal, communication skills and good coordinator with related parties.
