About this position

The AVP, Credit Analyst position at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC) involves conducting financial analysis and credit evaluations to provide comprehensive risk assessments and minimize credit risk.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and credit evaluation
• Provide comprehensive risk assessment
• Minimize credit risk based on present situation of customer & global market
• Conduct credit review and monitoring application for both existing and new customers
• Achieve high quality & timely delivery of all credit applications

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Banking & Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of related professional experience in corporate banking.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of related banking products and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English and good in computer literacy.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong in communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and deadline
