About this position

The Safety Assistant Supervisor is responsible for maintaining safety standards and compliance with legal requirements, monitoring health and safety procedures, and providing training to improve safety behavior within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and Follow up safety legal requirement, policy , rule and regulation
• Monitor and control standard guideline of health and safety meet to safety procedure
• Coordinate in company operation process for safety rule meet requirement of law
• Support of Fire Fighting System , Fire Protection and Subcontractor construction
• Control Sub-Contractor to work in the company
• Accident investigate and follow up countermeasure and report for Yokoten activity
• Analysis data of employee illness, health and first aid statistic, and prevention of injury and ill health with applicable legal requirement and risk assessment
• To do report and submit safety data related to government department safety required
• Control safety action, safety condition and investigation of incident, accident report
• To do safety patrol in line process and keep record for risk aspect
• To provide Training for improvement safety behavior and Safety action simulation orientation training to new employee (Safety Dojo Training) and action of trainer
• Control safety activities and supplier safety improvement follow customer requirement
• Maintain company system ISO9001/IATF16949, ISO45001, ISO14001, TLS8001 and Internal audit

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational health and safety / Industrial Hygiene and safety / related field safety officer or have experience safety officer directly / Professional safety officer
• Experience 2 years up in safety officer / Supervisor in Automotive manufacturing
• Strong understanding in Safety system especially in Manufacturing
• Strong understanding in safety and Occupational Health laws, ISO45001, ISO14001 and safety activities
• Good command in English
• Pro-active, accountability, dependable, flexible, outgoing and pleasant manner
