The Material Planning Engineer is responsible for analyzing data related to raw material orders, controlling delivery periods, and planning purchases to ensure effective production management.
Responsibilities
• Analyze data to determine trends in raw material orders.
• Control and determine the delivery period for raw materials.
• Plan monthly raw material purchases.
• Control stocks of raw materials and finished goods.
• Communicate with the internal production organization and support effective plan management.
• Verification of material planning and scheduling and supplier shipment release for each supplier based on safety stock calculations, product lead time, and the capabilities of suppliers.
• Plan raw material imports according to plan, control suppliers, using MRP.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree major Statistics/Mathematics/Material/Logistics/Other / Production planning experience.
• Experience 0-2 years (New graduated are welcome).
• Knowledge of production management, production control, BOM process.
• Good communication and business computer task.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Good in English language skill.
