About this position

The Sales Representative, IBU is responsible for organizing appointments, demonstrating products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Organize appointments and meet with prospective customers, masters technical/ clinical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
• Demonstrate and present products to healthcare staff including doctors, nurses and dentist assistant.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets through the sale of the company's product or services.
• Responsible for established key customers and expand market.
• Implement sales strategies to attain sales volume, product mix and profit objectives.
• Work closely with customer service and operations to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide product consultation and training to customers, including product presentation and public relation.
• Attend and organize trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings.
• Attend company meetings, technical data presentation and briefing.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree of Medical Device/Pharmacy/Nurse/ Science fields or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales of medical device products
• Energetic and can work independently
• Good communication, positive attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, selling and presentation skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Own transportation and driver license
