About this position

Located in Bangkok office and responsible for setting up and maintaining the CRM systems, E-Shop, various company systems, producing reports from the systems for various stakeholders and helping to troubleshoot any system related issues. This role reports to Country Manager.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Key user for CRM:
• Manage the main database of information about our customers and prospects/opportunities. Act as go-to person for CRM related activities and topics.
• Deliver internal training, ongoing education and coaching on CRM usage to support the overall organization’s goal to increase user adoption and utilization

• Business Analyst:
• Analyze business data and provide data-driven insights to management and business units about trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
• Creating reports on customer behavior and activity to help Straumann Thailand to improve its marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
• Implement, train, track, and report customer satisfaction (NPS etc.) results to management and business units upon rollout of program.
• Work with Straumann Thailand BUs and management to create and implement a competencies framework, while aligning on above mentioned with Regional and Global Commercial Excellence

Requirements

The Successful Profile Would Probably Look Like
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance.
• Experience in SAP ERP/CRM, Salesforce (SQL, Azure, Zendesk a plus)
• Ability to communicate clearly with a focus on timely and open communication, while being open to feedback.
• Possesses a “player-learner” mindset and strives for self-improvement
• Has a can-do attitude and is willing to take on tasks by him/herself.
• Has experience in project management.
• English language skills (advanced a must, business level preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
