About this position

This role is responsible for providing orthodontic clinical support and guidance for doctors with their ClearCorrect cases. The position will oversee and assist to organise all clinical activities in Thailand and also work closely with the sales, marketing, and customer care teams. This role will also be responsible for customer training and T&E for the Ortho portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line clinical support for doctors in Thailand who have queries regarding case evaluation; record taking; communication with the technician; case setup modification and predictability; aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases.
• Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes.
• Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team.
• Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors.
• Working closely with the APAC Clinical Advisor to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market.
• Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions.
• Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals.
• Liaise with and support the Ortho sales team with educational programs for customers.
• Deliver product use training internally and co-ordinate product use training for customers.
• Deliver product presentations to customers and at all events.
• Support Business Manager with PreSales Clinical Support.
• Organize Clinical Advisory service with KOL’s and external parties.
• Participate in National, Regional & State trade shows, sales meetings, and monthly regional meetings and attend other meetings.
• Initially support pilot customers with onboarding and through the pilot programs.
• Takes responsibility for personal development.
• Other duties as directed.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery, Graduate Doctor of Dentistry or equivalent.
• Post Graduate studies in orthodontics is an advantage.
• Post Graduate business studies also is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a dental clinic as a clinician.
• Experience in treating patients with clear aligners or working in a corporate field with an aligner company is essential.
• Additional experience working in a dental company is an advantage.
• Excellent level of English (both written and oral).
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Confident team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
• Ability to build professional networks and strong relationships with accounts.
• Passionate about dentistry and the future of digital orthodontics.
