About this position
The IT Support position involves maintaining hardware and software, managing IT equipment, and ensuring effective communication in English.
Responsibilities
• Maintain hardware and software for effective use.
• Create IT security guidelines.
• Maintain office and IT equipment, as well as managing the Internet network system.
• Adequate English communication skills.
• Be familiar with network architecture.
• Fundamental office software (Excel).
• Familiar with Fortinet Firewall, Cisco switch VLAN settings and IP placements.
• Additional duties given.
Requirements
• If you have experience will receive special consideration.
• Graduated in Information Technology / Computer Science / Computer Engineering or other branches related.
• Knowledgeable in computers, network systems, servers, able to use remote programs and other peripherals well.
• Have knowledge and understanding of basic problem solving in Hardware, Software.
• Have knowledge and ability to take care, install, edit and use Windows operating system, Printer scanner and MS office.
• Able to purchase, supply and repair computer equipment and other equipment related.
• Have a good attitude, have good human relations, able to coordinate with different departments in the organization.
• Patience and punctuality, able to work under pressure.
• Be healthy, not an obstacle to work.
• Able to communicate in English (speak, read, write) will be an advantage.
