E-commerce Planning Manager
About this position
We are looking for a strong team member for our eCommerce team. As the eCommerce Manager, you will be responsible for offering unmatched e-commerce digital media planning across all digital ecosystem platforms (Lazada and Shopee), publishers (Facebook and Google), and other eCommerce marketplaces.
Responsibilities
• Managing and supervising overall end-to-end eCommerce activities for clients effectively.
• Drive e-commerce channel to achieve sales target, net sales, and key KPI through the development and execution of e-commerce strategy
• Cooperate with internal cross functions (marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and CRM), to maximize full channel potential in line with company business direction and processes
• Establish a strong relationship with platforms (Shopee, Lazada, JD, etc.), taking lead on account management, and monthly & quarterly performance review
• Develop and execute Joint Business Plan with platforms; negotiating on visibility and support to drive channel and brand performance
• Collaborate and guide the e-distributor sales team on channel direction, brand identity, and business priorities
• Review monthly campaign plan, visibility, execution communication (promotional artwork and on-site search), and other sales fundamental metrics
• Review monthly sales reimbursement and quotation
• Keep track of operational KPI, flag underperforming areas, give recommendations to close gaps, and seek opportunities to improve the end-to-end process
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing
• A minimum of 5 years of eCommerce experience in a Media agency is preferred.
• Ability to manage flexible work timings, manage client lead-time, and requirement
• Complete knowledge of eCommerce procedures and techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent managerial qualities
• Impressive communication skills
• Basic understanding of eCommerce industry trends and procedures
• Background in biddable media will be a strong advantage
