QA Manager - Starbucks Factory / Manufactuirung
About this position
A Quality Assurance supervisor controls the quality of raw material incoming, packaging and finished products. Can coordinate and take the lead in receiving audits from external audit and have experience in setup new Bakery factory.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the quality assurance function to ensure all incoming raw materials, WIP and finished products conform to technical specifications
• Consistently upgrade quality system to meet international standards and requirements
• Conduct trouble-shooting activities, implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions on quality issues
• Consolidate analysis and report on quality related issues, including complaint, product safety and regulations, and initiate preventive measures and follow up actions for product quality improvement
• Evaluate the company's production process and technology, identify and address recurring problems and recommend changes to improve the quality of the finished products
• Liaise with vendors to ensure their products meet with the company’s quality standards and conduct regular audits and checks
• Lead, coach and develop a team of QA/QC and laboratory specialists, provide guidance and training when appropriate
• Prepare monthly reports with commentary, participate in management projects and audits, and take up other ad hoc assignments
• Take responsible for quality standard regulatory affair (FDA, GHP, HACCP, Other quality and other Government department)
• Lead for food safety certificate, internal & External auditing and internal document control
Requirements
• 5-8 years’ quality assurance experience in food industry with a least 3 years in supervisory level
• Have experience in setup new Bakery factory
• Experience in Setup GHP & HACCP in factory
• Leading Internal Audit and coordinate external Audit
• Leading and control quality document
• Problem solving skill and Coaching skill
• Strong leadership skills
