A Production supervisor controls the production process and coordinates all activities to ensure Quality and quantity product. Can analysis day to day operation to reduce problem and improve performance and control workers in the production process.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for manpower control and staff issue of production team
• Participate the planning and implementation of policy and procedures in the areas of product quality, manufacturing strategies, manpower and cost control
• Closely communicate with all shift and level of operation management to ensure the production is smooth and effective
• Coach and motivate the production team to accomplish production target and practice the group core values
• Ensure the quality of mass production can fulfill the products standard.
• Assist project management on New Product Development (NPD) launch programs across different related departments
• Take responsible for production process and Document control to support standard quality (GHP, HACCP, FSSC 22000 and Other standard)
Requirements
• 5-7 years’ solid experience in bakery production and quality assurance with least 3 years at supervisory level, preferred in food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in food science or related disciplines
• Experience in writing and revise quality documents of department
• Problem solving skill and Coaching skill
• Strong leadership skills
