A Planning supervisor oversees the sale order and coordinates all factions to support store shop and create production plan to ensure product support sale order. Can coordinate warehouse and procurement control raw materials and packaging to support production plan are not over stock.
Responsibilities
• To improve production capabilities to meet changing customer demands
• To monitor product sales performance to recommend product mix for balancing between production capability maximization and sales variety.
• Monitor the Master Production Schedule to optimize production to meet the sales requirements
• Coordinate with other departments to enhance operational efficiency and cost effectiveness
• Data analysis and maximize resources utilization
• Familiarize with the workflow in production operation in order to provide problem-solving insights to operation defects
• Coordinate and follow up on new product development and launch plan
• Perform root cause analysis and advise corrective actions
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives assigned by management
• Monitor aging stock, slow moving items and/or promotional leftover;
• Monitor the expenses and performance of third-party logistics warehouse;
Requirements
• 5-8 years solid experience in production operations and planning with at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferably in food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• Leading or member Internal Audit and coordinate external Audit
• Problem solving skill and Coaching skill
• Strong leadership skills
• Planning Calculation and Formula in Excel
