An Engineering supervisor supports all departments and maintenance machine in process and utility support to ensure quality and quantity product. Can transfer knowledge about all machinery, set up basic maintenance to production operator and create best maintenance plan.
Responsibilities
• Establish regular maintenance plans; maintain daily operations of production equipment management at all levels
• Communicate and provide advice with the factory production department and the electrical unit on machine maintenance and repairs
• Analyze preventive maintenance plan records, establish preventive maintenance plans with the maintenance department, and improve downtime
• Monitor the safety of floor machines and comply with regulations
• Promote and strengthen employees' awareness of safety when using machines, and improve work-related injury indicators
• Control monthly maintenance, water, electricity and coal expenses
• Resolve the production equipment problem, keep in good condition at any time
• Research new production equipment to improve product quality and increase efficiency
• Improve production process equipment to increase efficiency
• Create document control utility system (Electrical MDB, Water Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, Chiller, Compressor Air and Other)
• Update and control machine drawing and factory drawing
Requirements
• 5-7 years solid experience in engineering with at least 3 years at supervisory level, preferably in food industry
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering and related disciplines
• Experience in writing and revise quality documents of department
• Problem solving skill and Coaching skill
• Strong leadership skills
