Assistant Logistics Manager (Warehouse & Transport)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
• Manage Warehouse & Transport 3 TPL Team.
• Ensure that warehouse procedures are followed to comply with company standards and safety regulations.
• Take prompt action to resolve any incidents or issues that arise within the warehouse & Transport.
• Planning the monthly and annual stock count in collaboration with relevant departments or external parties.
• Inspect and monitor the goods in the warehouse to ensure that storage follows the process, including the accuracy of the monthly stock inventory check, as well as making the necessary stock adjustments in the system correctly.
• Coordinate with various departments and efficiently resolve issues that arise during operations.
• Supervise and inspect daily outbound & Inbound to ensure efficiency and resolve issues in case any problems occur during the delivery process.
• Improve and enhance the efficiency of 3PL operations in the areas of warehouse management and transportation.
• Coordinate and resolve issues with the IT department or relevant parties in case of system-related problems within the department.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
Summary of Experience:
• Experiences in managing Warehouse and Transport.
Education:
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics Management or any related field.
Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum 10 years experienced in Warehouse and Transport Management.
Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:
• Customer-service mind with patience.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle many documents tasks.
• Able to communicate and coordinate effectively with shipping agent and freight forwarder.
