About this position

Financial professional who plays as an expert role on financing & treasury management of the company and its subsidiaries. This includes managing the company day-to-day operation and overseeing long-term financial planning and financial strategy, acquiring sources of fund at optimal cost efficiency, managing financial risks, liquidity, customer credit, and insurance program, in line with corporate Credit & Treasury policies & procedures. This position shall be responsible for all compliance with obligations under Loan facility agreement and Banking regulations. The Treasury Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including management and board of director, build and maintain bank relationship, and also lead the treasury team with coaching and developing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company day-to-day operation and oversee long-term financial planning and financial strategy.
• Acquire sources of fund at optimal cost efficiency.
• Manage financial risks, liquidity, customer credit, and insurance program, in line with corporate Credit & Treasury policies & procedures.
• Ensure compliance with obligations under Loan facility agreement and Banking regulations.
• Work closely with various stakeholders, including management and board of director.
• Build and maintain bank relationships.
• Lead the treasury team with coaching and developing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Business-Related discipline. Master's degree is preferable.
• Minimum 7 years experience in treasury and financial risk management with proven competencies in a number of treasury subject matters.
• At least 2 years experience in supervisory / management skills, performance management and coaching.
• Knowledge in Oil & Gas Business is a plus.
• Good understanding of financial market and economic outlook.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, effectively building positive relationships with customers, banks and financial agents and institutions including conducting discussion at appropriate level.
• Highly adaptable and effective under pressure with strong integrity and business ethics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and able to manage complex SAP accounting system.
• Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
