About this position

The Talent Acquisition Assistant will support recruitment, hiring, and onboarding efforts by coordinating candidate interviews and communication with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, hiring and on boarding efforts by coordinating candidate interviews, scheduling, and communication with hiring managers.
• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent.
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment or similar HR disciplines with a multinational company or consulting firm.
• Strong communication in writing, listening and speaking in Thai & English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical skills and proficiency with the applicant HR tools (tracking systems, recruitment database management etc.)
• Some Oil & Gas business and operational background will be advantageous.
• Ability to successfully maintain multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
