About this position

Liaison with all Government and non-government agencies and industrial organizations related to the supply issues for all products in Thailand, while building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and maximizing sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Liaison with all Government and non-government agencies and industrial organizations (that are not limited to, for example, MOE, EPPO, Excise, Customs, PCD, MOC, FTI PTIT and etc.) related to the supply issues (e.g. excise tax, legal reserved, pricing, export quota, oil policy and specifications etc.) for all products in Thailand.
• Build and maintain positive relationship with all non and authorized stakeholders.
• Ensure to maximize the enterprise sales opportunities and minimize any supply/sales interruptions.
• Act as a company representative to handle and deal with all non and government agencies and all sales/supply issues for all refinery products that are not limited to.
• Solve the troubles shooting related sales and supply in compliance with the authorized rules & regulations, requirements and laws.
• Represent the Company in the leading industrial organizations (e.g. Federation of Thai Industries (FTI), Petroleum Institute of Thailand (PTIT) and any assigned). Work as a member of any taskforce as assigned.
• Report on the inventory and commercial data to DOEB.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 3 years of working experiences and background in the refinery scheduling and commercial. Some solid experiences with non-Government and Government stakeholders especially related to the supply/sales and tax would be advantageous.
• Some knowledge of the related authorized rules & regulations, requirements and laws.
• Ability to build and maintain relationship especially with all external parties and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage work under tight schedule and pressure especially from the external stakeholders.
