Retail Business Consultant
About this position
The Retail Business Consultant is responsible for developing robust account plans, monitoring sales and operations targets, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with support groups to manage retail operations effectively.
Responsibilities
• Be responsible for and ensure complete and robust account plans for all retail sites as per assigned areas that are developed.
• Monitor and deliver sales and operations target for territory area though monthly reviews and appropriate agreed action plans with retailers to ensure the net operating income targets are achieved.
• Evaluate and analyze local competitive market trends and provide information to management and related support team.
• Be accountable for collaborating with customers-support groups to manage the operation of retail facilities within the designated areas.
• Work with relevant internal parties to deliver superior services and manage company assets.
• Ensure the on-site executions meet the company standards and achieve all financial and operational metrics.
• Be accountable for implementing and monitoring company safety standards, programs, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide inputs and help in identifying and developing new business opportunities within the sales areas to strengthen the network, maximize retailers’ potential though consulting, coaching, motivating, and handling challenges of retailers.
Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields. Master’s degree in business administration is preferable.
• At least 5-10 years of sales and business development experiences/exposures preferably in the fuels retail business.
• Good selling, negotiation, problem solving and planning skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English. 700 TOEIC assessment score is preferable.
• Knowledges in P&L and related financial acumen.
• Customer relationship management and networking.
• Achievement and result oriented focuses.
• Flexibility and ability to work and travel in upcountry over than 15 days/month.
• Possess the driving license and owned car.
