About this position

Drive initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee development. Design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify capability gaps and develop targeted training programs to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Leveraging data-driven insights and best practices, ensure our workforce is equipped with the skills and competencies needed to achieve strategic business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in organization capability management, with a focus on competency management system (CMS), performance management system (PMS), career and capability development, data analytics, or change management.
• HR consulting is preferred.
• Good analytical skills and data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient communication in English both written and spoken.
