New Business Acquisition Specialist
About this position
Expands retail network via new site acquisition to grow the fuel retail brand via the retail network expansion.
Responsibilities
• Conducts site & land assessment in upcountry areas and able to estimate sales volume of potential sites.
• Visits potential customers in upcountry area to evaluate needs and presents packages.
• Negotiates offer details, presents offer, closes the deal, and prepares proposal and analytical report.
• Develops negotiation strategy, deal parameters and economic model independently.
• Articulates the total solution package fluently translating our internal and competitive strengths to the value for customers.
• Deals with complex negotiations requiring developing or alternative course of actions to win a bid.
• Negotiates with multiple and high-level contacts.
• Develops high level contacts within the industry and a well-developed network of information sources.
• Manages all phases of sales process by conducting lead generation, creating sales pipeline by using the system to manage sales pipeline and customer database.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 10 years in sales & marketing experiences especially related to the sales and new business development area
• Strong negotiation and commercial negotiation skills, retail sales skills
• Customer relationship management
• Collaboration, Teamwork, Negotiating, Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, Ensure quality results, Drive superior results
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to work upcountry and possess a valid driver’s license, Sales and new business development experience, customer relationship management experience, retail sales skills experience, commercial negotiation skills and experience
