Marketing Excellent Specialist
About this position
The Marketing Excellence Specialist will report to the Chief Marketing Manager, Commercial, and will be responsible for enhancing marketing operations, managing loyalty partnerships, and driving marketing performance through data analysis and process optimization.
Responsibilities
• Process Management: identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work and drive alignment within the department.
• Campaign Management: serve as the marketing project manager for integrated campaigns from inception through execution and measurement including marketing operation excellence, fraud protection, etc.
• Performance Measurement: set-up “Marketing performance dashboard”, monitor performance, develop insights, make recommendations and implement optimizations across pipeline, content, channels, and campaigns. And iterate on a continuous basis.
• Goal Setting: develop measurement plans which contain benchmarks and goals for each upcoming program or campaign.
• Infrastructure: own, maintain and improve our marketing tech stack. Work with Business Operations to manage the health of our database and our lead management process.
• Lead-Gen Management: support marketing and sales revenue goals by maintaining our lead-gen management process, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, and sales alerts.
• Data Management: work closely with Business Operations to ensure data is syncing seamlessly for accurate and up-to-date attribution, lead management, and reporting.
• Lead and manage the NON-BANK loyalty marketing programs that fit the company marketing strategy, direction and plan.
• Be responsible for the whole processes of Loyalty Partnership programs with partners.
• Develop, improve and customize offers with variety of / multi choices in response with the needs/requirements of the market, consumers and partners. Explore any prospects to develop and offer the best programs to support the business and the retail sales growth.
• Be responsible for the growth and expansion of loyalty programs and all NON-BANK partner’s channels.
• Promote the loyalty programs in partnership with both internal and external parties via encouraging them to support in any activities to increase the loyalty, retail sales and business growth. Assist and support any parties to ensure a seamless application and usage of the loyalty programs.
• Engage, visit and monitor the performance of partners for the relationship and drive the long-term viability of partnership purposes. Provide advice, assistance, support and ensure the seamless application and usage of any loyalty programs.
Requirements
• At least bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Technology Management. Master’s Degree is a plus
• At least 5 years of strong experience in Tech marketing, Loyalty partnership, and Sales promotion.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Marketplace or E-Commerce.
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
• Good understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
