Lead Facility Engineer (Yearly Contract)
About this position
Accountable for area business services and facility management, managing stakeholder relationships, area contracts for 3rd party of Enterprise to follow standard operating and procedure consistent with Policy and EHS requirements.
Responsibilities
• Accountable for area business services and facility management, managing stakeholder relationships, area contracts for 3rd party of Enterprise to follow standard operating and procedure consistent with Policy and EHS requirements.
• Defined and monitor performance indicator for facility services team and contractor 3rd party of Enterprise, include but not limited to; leases, leased-in space, building and facilities maintenance, building security, tenant services, janitorial, energy management, utility services, transportation, landscape, helpdesk and administrative support.
• Lead of special project and new initiative including managing cost and schedule as planned. Accountability for facility safety, emergency preparedness, and follows up on reported unsafe conditions to ensure that issues are resolved.
• Accountable for preparing annual business plan, managing cost, budgets, monitor and track expenses including analyzing variance between target and actual.
• Responsible for developing wide strategic initiatives and goals in order to increase enterprise value.
• Coaching and Mentoring facility service team align with strategic and business alignment direction.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Civil work or construction work, minimum 3 years in supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of facility management, contractor management and cost management.
• Experienced in building services, encompassing the maintenance of infrastructure related to tenant services, janitorial tasks, energy management, utility services, transportation, landscaping, helpdesk, and administrative support.
• Understanding of Contract Management or Service/Materials Contract.
• Good communication skill is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
