About this position

The position is responsible for managing commercial and industrial business-to-business fuels and related services, focusing on customer relationships and business growth.

Responsibilities

The position is responsible for but not limited to:
• Be responsible for the commercial and industrial business to business fuels and related service within the designated areas
• Prepare and execute account plans for prioritized accounts
• Plan customer calls and visits to provide the appropriate level of service to existing and new customers with focus on the retaining and expanding existing business relationships
• Resolve conflicts, expand the business and profitability of accounts based on continuing need analysis
• Update information to the business on competitors related information and business opportunities
• Align with the company and department direction to support and provide service to customers from products, logistics, financial and marketing point of views
• Be responsible for volumes, operating expenses, and profitability within the designated areas
• Support the growths of contribution to include volume and premium product advancement as well as cross & up selling
• Ensure the customer credit is approved, and the collection is effective in accordance with the company credit requirements and policies.

Requirements

Qualifications Requirement:
• At least bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of experiences in fuels sales or similar fields with proven track of achievement
• Possess technical knowledge of fuels and related products.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of the market dynamics
• Ability to adapt to the marketing condition changes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
• Effective negotiation skills
• Ability to work in the fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ability to work and travel in upcountry
• Possess the driving license.
