About this position

As a Service Admin Officer, you’ll be part of our Tools & Outdoors team working as an onsite of Service Center employee located in Samrong, Bangkok.

Responsibilities

You’ll get to:
• Handle the Power tool repair process until repair finish.
• Sale the spare parts.
• Manage Service income and report accounting.
• Serve the end user or customer for repair Power tool.
• Create the repair ticket, Issue spare parts used, Close the repair ticket, Issue invoice (OOW).
• Purpose the Repair quotation to customer and follow the result.
• Sale the spare parts.
• Manage Service income and report accounting.

Requirements

You also have:
• Has the experience in After sale service field or related.
• Graduated in Bachelor degree, any field of study.
• Has the good computer skill ex. Ms Excel, Word, SAP, Outlook.. etc.
• Good communication skill (English will be an advantage).
• Good attitude for after sale service task.
