About this position

Wealth and Retail Banking (WRB) serves more than 11 million clients in many of the world’s fastest-growing markets, providing differentiated products and services such as deposits, payments, financing, wealth management, and personalised advice. The Relationship Manager, Priority will manage Priority clients and offer investment and market insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage Priority clients and provide tailored financial solutions.
• Offer concise and consolidated views of market events to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

• 3-10 years experience in financial or banking industry specifically in managing Priority clients.
• Possess diverse investment and market views to offer appropriate recommendations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to deal with people of all levels.
• A team player with good initiatives & assertiveness.
• Hold AAJI & WPPEP certification.
